Organisation Q&A’s

Once you’ve decided on the most suitable Team Plan for your organisation, a nominated ‘administrator’ from your school, college, club or academy will register the organisation and be given access to the overall account.

The administrator at your organisation will pass on the account details to players, coaches and parents to join up to the account. The administrator will then control who access is granted to and be able to add and remove users as needed.

Players signing up to the Academy will have access to the player video series. This series provides practical tools to help players play better, develop greater resilience and deal more effectively with the challenges they face on and off the pitch. Players can invite their parents to join them at the Academy to further support them with their development.

Coaches have access to both the player and coach video series. The player series introduces coaches to the psychological techniques used throughout the videos, and the coach series explains the science behind them and teaches coaches how to best assist their players implement them. It also gives them strategies to develop their own coaching skills.

Parents have access to both the player and parent video series. The player series introduces parents to the psychological techniques used throughout the videos, and the parent series helps parents best support their child at home and at games. The Soccer Parent Model gives parents practical ideas to help develop positive soccer parenting behaviours.
