On April 11th this year I was invited by the Kent FA to speak about football psychology to a group of around forty football coaches, who work with a variety of age groups from youth team setups to men’s football teams.

The facilitation lasted for about three hours and covered areas such as building self-belief and match day confidence, improving focus, communication and effective training.

The session was highly interactive with practicals and discussions revolving around key coaching concepts related to football psychology.
